Sensitive campaign work follows configured permissions and approval rules. Exact targets and requested changes are shown before approval. External actions can also be disabled at the organization level.
Access depends on the Slack channels, client mappings, roles, and source connections configured by the agency. Ezra checks access again before delivering work.
Ezra receives messages and channel history only through authorized Slack scopes and configured import settings. Agencies decide where Ezra is invited and whether optional history import is enabled.
Ezra stores confirmed objectives, definitions, constraints, preferences, decisions, and source evidence. Material business facts require confirmation from a named person.
Organizations, clients, connections, channels, artifacts, and actions are bound to durable account identities. Database policies and application checks enforce those boundaries.
Ezra uses controlled integrations for approved business systems. Available connections depend on the current product release and the agency's configuration.
