Why this company exists

  1. 01

The work is repetitive and the margin is thin

Agency performance work repeats every week per client: read the numbers, find what moved, write the account up, propose the change, get it approved, send it. Headcount is the only lever most agencies have, and it caps how many clients a team can carry.

  2. 02

The buyer already lives in Slack

Agencies coordinate client work in channels. An operator that answers in the channel where the question was asked needs no new interface, no migration, and no training program. Adoption is an invite rather than a rollout.

  3. 03

Evidence is the product, not the chat

General assistants produce text. Ezra attaches the numbers it read, the window it compared, and the approval it is waiting on. That record is what makes the output usable in front of a client, and it is what keeps a person accountable for the decision.

  4. 04

    Pricing follows delivered work

The pilot is priced per workspace rather than per seat, so value tracks the accounts Ezra carries instead of the number of people who open a tab.
