This page describes current practice in plain language. It is a statement of how Ezra operates, not legal advice to you. Where a signed agreement exists between Ezra and an agency, that agreement controls.
What this site stores
The Ezra website runs without advertising cookies, cross site tracking pixels, and third party analytics profiles. No consent banner is shown because no optional tracking is loaded.
Strictly necessary storage
The site uses short lived storage required to serve pages, to protect the access form against automated submissions, and to respect the reduced motion setting from your operating system. This storage cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
Server logs
The hosting layer keeps standard request logs, including internet protocol address and requested page, to keep the site available and to block abusive traffic. Logs are retained for a short operational period and are not used to build a profile of you.
Campaign parameters
If you arrive from a link that carries campaign parameters, those values are read from the address bar and stored only with an access request that you submit. They are not written to a persistent cookie.
Managing storage
Every browser can block or clear site storage from its settings. Blocking storage from this site may prevent the access form from submitting. Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser are respected as an opt out of any future optional storage.
Changes
If optional storage is introduced later, this page is updated first and a consent control is added before anything optional is loaded.
