Installation

How installation works

Ezra joins one Slack workspace, then works in the channels the agency invites it to.

Public Slack installation is being prepared. Pilot agencies receive a guided workspace setup.

A member of the team walks the agency through workspace selection, scope review, the first client mapping, and the first assignment.

What the installation requests

  • Read messages where Ezra is invited

Ezra receives channel messages only in the channels the agency adds it to.

  • Post messages and files

Reviews, reports, and approval requests are delivered to the mapped channel.

  • Resolve workspace identity

Ezra reads basic user and channel identity to match requests to roles and clients.

Choosing the workspace

Install Ezra into the workspace where client work happens. Slack asks you to select the workspace and confirm the requested scopes before anything is created.

  1. 01

    Add Ezra to Slack

Install into the workspace where client work already happens. Ezra appears only in the channels it is invited to.

  2. 02

    Connect client sources

Authorize the advertising and analytics accounts for one client. Each connection stays scoped to that client.

  3. 03

    Assign the first client workflow

Ask Ezra for a performance review in the client channel and set who approves sensitive work.

After installation

  1. 01

Ezra appears in your workspace and can be invited to a channel.

  2. 02

You map each channel to the client account it covers.

  3. 03

You authorize the sources Ezra is allowed to read for that client.

  4. 04

Ezra prepares the first account review and waits for your review of the output.
